How to make easy prawn Healthy Recipe?

Prawns are all time favorite for most of us! Being a great foodie I sometimes create good & healthy food too. Recently I tried healthy easy prawns recipe which I would like to share with you.


1. Prawns 250 gms ( Peeled & Cleaned)

2. Olive Oil( or Vegetable Oil)

3. Onions 3 ( medium size)

4. Capsicum 1 (Green)

5. Bell Pepper 1/2 (Red)

6. Bell Pepper 1/2 (Yellow)

7. Carrot 1

8. Tomato 1

9. Paneer 50 gm ( for garnishing)

or Egg white 1 ( for garnishing)

10. Beans 100 gm

11. Pepper Powder

12. Salt ( as per taste)

13. Ginger ( chopped)

14. Garlic ( chopped)

Take a few drops of vegetable oil or Olive oil on an anodized frying pan( preferably)/ non stick pan or kadai. Put the flame on high & put the prawns on the pan n add little salt . Fry each side for 2 mins each on high flame & set it aside.

Cut all the vegetables in equal size & set aside.

Take few drops on a frying pan add onions, garlic & ginger on mildly heated pan. Stir it for a min & add the chopped vegetables. Stir fry all the vegetables for a min or two. Then add half fried prawns to it & stir fry for 5 mins. Add salt as per taste & sprinkle little pepper powder.

For garnishing cut egg white in small cubes / paneer & add in the stir fried vegetables. You can serve it hot. A yummy heathy recipe for all.
